How to pay:

The cost for each place at a network event is £50 inc. although payments processed after the event date will be subject to an additional £10 administration fee (total cost £60). Queries should be directed to Annette on 01302 832831 or at annettescott@doncastergta.co.uk.

1. Over the phone by card.  Please have your card details ready, call 01302 832831 and say you would like to pay for an equality network event place (or multiple places).

2. By cheque.  Cheques should be made payable to "Doncaster Motor Trades GTA" and sent to Doncaster, Rotherham & District Motor Trades, GTA Ltd, Rands Lane Industrial Estate, Armthorpe, Doncaster, DN3 3DY.

3. Payments via BACS are also welcome but please ensure a remittance is sent to Annette using the above contact details.  Bank details are shown below:

Terms and Conditions:

These T&Cs relate to North of England Equality & Diversity Network Events coordinated by the Doncaster GTA and Pinnacle Training Solutions partnership.

  • Payment terms:  Our standard terms are that for non 'credit customers' full payment is taken a minimum of five working days before an event commences. 
  • Credit terms:  Invoices are payable prior to the event or on the day of the event. Payments made post event are subject to a £10 administration fee. 
  • Course bookings:  Bookings can be made by email, via the website, by fax, letter or telephone, please quote purchase order numbers where applicable.
  • Transfers:  Should circumstances mean that you need to transfer to another event the following will apply.
  • You will be allowed to transfer to the next relevant event.
  • Cancellations / Refunds:  Should circumstances mean that you have to cancel your event and are unable to transfer your booking to another date at the time of cancellation the following will apply:

Cancellation 4 weeks prior to event, a full refund will be given.

Cancellation less than 4 weeks to event, no refund will be given.

  • Non Attendance:  If you do not attend an event, and have not previously informed us, the full event fee remains payable.
  • Unforeseen circumstances:  On occasion unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel an event.  In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and either a free transfer to the next event or a full refund of fees paid.
  • Payment:  Payment is in pounds sterling, all major credit cards / debit cards are acceptable, payments may be made using the B.A.C.S system, payments by cheque are accepted.
  • Distance selling regulations 2000:  We abide by the applicable elements of the distance selling regulations 2000.
